Our furniture consignments are done on a 90 day agreement with a 50/50 split of the Sale of your items. We consign fine used furniture as well as other décor items. How do I get started? Furniture items are evaluated by photos. The easiest way ….is to send us a picture via email. We will evaluate whether it is something we think we have the market for and reply with a resale amount. If you don't have access to email, drop by the store with a traditional photo. Or you can borrow one of our digital cameras. Just bring the camera back to us. We will do the rest. If an appraiser is available, they will be more than happy to look at a photo on your tablet or phone. Sometimes they are out in the field or in appointments and not always available. It is best to email or drop off the photos. Smaller, home decor items can be brought directly to the shop for consignment. We accept 5 items or less Monday- Friday 10-4. Appointments can be made if you have more than 5 items or if would like an onsite appraisal . How do I prepare my items? As you prepare to bring your items to the shop, ask yourself, "Would I buy it in its current condition?" If not, take a minute to dust, polish, clean or vacuum your item. We may not accept items that are not adequately prepared for sale - and if we do, we may charge a handling fee to clean, polish, touch-up, repair, etc. Attention to details will make the difference in how well and item looks and sells. Remember, the key to a profitable sale of used furniture is quality control and presentation! What is not accepted? Please do not be offended if we do not accept all your items.
